(Fixed in FortiAuthenticator versions 6.5.7, 6.6.9, and 8.0.3)<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fortiguard.com\/psirt\/FG-IR-26-136\">CVE-2026-26083<\/a><\/strong> (CVSS score: 9.1) &#8211; A missing authorization vulnerability in FortiSandbox, FortiSandbox Cloud, and FortiSandbox PaaS WEB UI that may allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via HTTP requests. However, since the affected code only allows read access to data, the vulnerability does not compromise the integrity of the application.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abIt allows a low-privileged, authenticated attacker to inject malicious SQL code via user-controlled input, potentially exposing sensitive database information and crashing the application,\u00bb Pathlock <a href=\"https:\/\/pathlock.com\/blog\/security-alerts\/sap-patch-day-may-2026\/\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Patches have also been released by Broadcom for a high-severity flaw in VMware Fusion (CVE-2026-41702, CVSS score: 7.8) that could pave the way for local privilege escalation. The issue has been addressed in version 26H1.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abVMware Fusion contains a TOCTOU (Time-of-check Time-of-use) vulnerability that occurs during an operation performed by a SETUID binary,\u00bb Broadcom <a href=\"https:\/\/support.broadcom.com\/web\/ecx\/support-content-notification\/-\/external\/content\/SecurityAdvisories\/0\/37454\">said<\/a>. \u00abA malicious actor with local non-administrative user privileges may exploit this vulnerability to escalate privileges to root on the system where Fusion is installed.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Round off the list is a set of five critical vulnerabilities impacting n8n &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/n8n-io\/n8n\/security\/advisories\/GHSA-q5f4-99jv-pgg5\">CVE-2026-42231<\/a><\/strong> (CVSS score: 9.4) &#8211; A vulnerability in the xml2js library used to parse XML request bodies in n8n&#8217;s webhook handler that allows prototype pollution via a crafted XML payload, enabling an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows to achieve remote code execution on the n8n host. (Fixed in n8n versions 1.123.32, 2.17.4, and 2.18.1)<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/n8n-io\/n8n\/security\/advisories\/GHSA-hqr4-h3xv-9m3r\">CVE-2026-42232<\/a><\/strong> (CVSS score: 9.4) &#8211; An authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows could achieve global prototype pollution via the XML Node, leading to remote code execution when combined with other nodes exploiting the prototype pollution. (Fixed in n8n versions 1.123.32, 2.17.4, and 2.18.1)<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/n8n-io\/n8n\/security\/advisories\/GHSA-wrwr-h859-xh2r\">CVE-2026-44791<\/a><\/strong> (CVSS score: 9.4) &#8211; A bypass for CVE-2026-42232 that could result in remote code execution on the n8n host.
